For the past 15 years I have been photographing and organizing weddings and elopements all over the Rocky Mountains for couples from around the world.
for 15 years I have also been doing all of Alpine Helicopters commercial & professional tourism photography.
I have used my experience working around Helicopters as a professional photographer & and as a guide with the ACMG (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides) to design the Best, most affordable, and complete Helicopter Wedding & Elopement Experiences you can find anywhere around Banff National Park - Canmore - Kananaskis - Jasper.
I do not mind advertising my prices and package options online. I believe that i set the industry standard for the area for the best prices and most photography experience.

A lot of photographers are charging the same price for just photography as I do for the helicopter booking, landing permits, flight time, photography and full wedding planning options. I am the only photographer or helicopter wedding provider endorsed by the president of Alpine Helicopters.

I do not charge a cancellation fee if the helicopter cannot fly. due to the unpredictable mountain weather the helicopter is canceled sometimes. if the helicopter does not fly clients do not pay any charges related to the helicopter booking. all helicopter charges are processed after we land.

Anyone offering or booking a helicopter wedding around Canmore / banff townsite / kananaskis is booking through Alpine Helicopters. If you see a different package offered or price keep this in mind. Everyone pays the same price to book through Alpine. Be careful when shopping around as other photographers and companies will charge a lot more than I do and not provide as many benefits / package options, or have as much photography experience. I book a lot of helicopters every year and am able to keep my prices reasonable.

Mt. Charles Stewart is a great option for spending more time on the mountain with up to 3 hour landings.

Additional Information
- Noel Rogers Is the Only professional wedding Photographer living in the Banff/Canmore area who is also a certified guide and member of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides
- Additional photography time and shooting locations are available on request.
Many couples like to upgrade their Heli-Wedding package with extra time for portraits at one of their favorite mountains or lakes in the area after we land.
This is a great way to get more family and friends involved in your photos.
Limited space in the helicopter means that sometimes not everyone you want with you is able to go. Booking extra time after the wedding is a fun option. Extra shooting time for heli wedding couples is $400.00 per hour.
- Would you like to fill all of the seats in the helicopter with loved ones and have no room for a photographer on the flight?
No problem, I am a certified ACMG Hiking Guide and have hiked into all of the Heli-Wedding locations that are offered several times and am very familiar with the terrain.
For an extra fee I will hike into the location of your choosing with my camera gear and meet you there.
Due to avalanche hazard this option is only available May-October.
- Options for extra flight time and extended tours are available.
Included in every Heli-Wedding Package
- No limit on the number of finished edited photographs you will receive. You will get every image that turns out, not just a select pre-determined amount. Don't miss out on any special moments. I prefer to edit everything and then let you pick and choose what you like to print or share with family and friends. Minimum photo numbers will be provided and guaranteed in your wedding contract.
- Timely service and quick turn around time on your finished photo edits. To ensure quality I do all of the post processing and editing myself. Typical wait time for your high resolution set would be around 4 weeks. 15 to 20 preview photos will be given within 24-48 hours.
I personally guarantee quoted editing times. This information is included in the mandatory wedding contract.
- Recommendations and contact information for the best professionals in the area. Save time and make finding the right accommodations, best local tours, restaurants, caterers, hair & make up, florists, chauffeurs or any other business easy to find. I can easily set up any reservation in the area that you may need. I take pride in only dealing with the best businesses in the area and will gladly pass that information on to you.
- I only take one booking a day. You do not have to worry about things running late or not being on an exact schedule. I am flexible and understand things do not always go as planned, this is why I never double book jobs on the same day. You will have my full attention and commitment and not have to worry about your photographer rushing off to another job. This is a very important factor to consider with Heli-Weddings. Due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the mountains schedules sometimes have to be adjusted.
- You will receive 15-20 preview photo edits within 24-48hrs or your ceremony
- I like to get to know all of my clients. An in person, over the phone, or Scype/Zoom, consultation to discuss all details of your shoot and to plan out a shot list to ensure you end up with exactly what you want and expect is included in every wedding package. I am always available to answer questions
